At TMA, we believe that training is personal. Our limited class sizes provide more opportunity for one-on-one contact to focus upon your specific requirements and needs. You won't get lost in the classroom trying to compete with 25 or 30 other people for attention.

Each unit is delivered by experienced, professional facilitators who have had extensive industry experience. They intersperse real life examples to stimulate interest and are skilled at making the class-room experience interactive.

This personal approach aids in ensuring that you can competently demonstrate the skills and knowledge and adequately apply it to the level required by the relevant competency standard.

For those companies wanting to have their staff trained together, we specialise in closed sessions. We tailor the training to incorporate your products and procedures, Fact Find, FSG and PDS into the training as you require.

We create successful Financial Planners, not just qualified ones. We trained 3 students from Camden and in just shy of 12 months they have already generated a combined $300K approximately in revenue. They expect this to double in the 12 months after.

Smaller Classes - TMA limit the class size to 5-10 Students at any one time. Other providers can have up to 20 Students.

Class Scheduling - Unlike many other training providers that regularly cancel classes, we recognise your commitment by enrolling with TMA. TMA listed classes always run, and are not postponed or cancelled.

Delivery mode - TMA's courses are delivered in a Competency Based Training (CBT) format.  CBT differs from the traditional approach to learning in that it focuses on skill development. We assess you on-going and use Role-Plays and Case-Studies to reinforce the learning. Upon successful completion you are qualified and highly skilled to succeed as a Financial Planner or Mortgage Broker.
