TMA started the 1 Day Assessments for Certificate IV in Financial Services (Finance/Mortgage Broking) on Monday the 7th July.

It has been received extremely well by all who have attended.  We use the day as a refresher for experienced Brokers, running through all aspects of Mortgage Broking, including Compliance and Ethics, Products, "Role of the Broker" and Advanced Selling Techniques.
