In a new development, there is now incentives available at the Diploma level in both NSW and Vic.  This doubles the incentive payments available for Employers.

Up to $8,000* available per eligible staff member

Australian Apprenticeships (also known as traineeships) are structured training programs comprising a mixture of core and elective units delivered as either on or off-the-job training along with practical experienced gained on-the-job.  Traineeships are nationally recognised, industry endorsed pathway to attaining qualifications.

TMA has a User-Choice contract in both NSW and Vic and is subsidised to deliver the training for eligible staff.  By using TMA, you will not be spending the majority of your incentives to pay for the training.

Qualifications available to attract Government Incentives with TMA are:
  • FNS30107 Certificate III in Financial Services
  • FNS40107 Certificate IV in Financial Services
  • FNS40804 Certificate IV in Financial Services (Finance/Mortgage Broking)
  • FNS50504 Diploma of Financial Services (Finance/Mortgage Broking Management) - VIC ONLY
  • FNS50804 Diploma of Financial Services (Financial Planning) - VIC ONLY

RG146 compliance can also be incorporated into the Training program.

Eg: For staff that work in Superannuation, your Certificate IV in Financial Services will include ASIC Training registered "Provide Advice in Superannuation".
